Exponent declares $0.30 quarterly dividend, boosts buyback by $100 million

Exponent Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPO) announced its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock, payable December 19, 2025 to stockholders of record as of December 5, 2025.
The engineering consulting company maintains a quarterly dividend schedule with payments in March, June, September, and December each year. Future dividend declarations and payment dates remain subject to board approval.
The board also increased the company's share repurchase authorization by $100 million, adding to the $21.6 million available for repurchases as of October 3, 2025. This brings the total authorization available for stock buybacks to $121.6 million.
