Empery Digital repurchases over 10 million shares for $75 million

Empery Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: EMPD) announced it has repurchased 10,160,795 shares of its common stock under its $150 million share repurchase program as of October 31, 2025.



The company purchased the shares at an average price of $7.42 per share, including fees and commissions. The repurchases utilized approximately $75 million of the authorized program, leaving about $76 million available for future purchases.



Following the repurchases, Empery Digital has 41,259,440 shares outstanding, accounting for the potential exercise of 3,913,538 pre-funded warrants. The company funded the share buybacks through borrowings under its $150 million credit facility, of which $80 million has been drawn.



The Austin, Texas-based digital asset management company stated that management remains committed to increasing bitcoin per share through share repurchases at prices below net asset value.



Empery Digital employs a bitcoin treasury strategy focused on aggregating bitcoin and maximizing bitcoin per share for shareholders. The company's business model centers on digital asset management through blockchain technology.
