Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a new $150 million stock repurchase program, replacing a previous $150 million program that had approximately $83.9 million remaining.
The new program allows repurchases over 18 months through open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions, including under a Rule 10b5-1 plan. The timing and amount of any repurchases will depend on market conditions and other factors.
The program does not obligate the company to acquire any specific amount of stock and may be suspended or discontinued at any time. As of Aug. 24, 2026, Dycom had 30,160,957 shares of common stock outstanding, excluding the dilutive effect of stock options and unvested restricted stock.
