Crazy Woman Creek Bancorp launches stock repurchase program

July 27, 2026 9:00 AM EDT

Crazy Woman Creek Bancorp (OTCPK: CRZY), the parent company of Buffalo Federal Bank, announced its Board of Directors approved a new share repurchase program authorizing the buyback of up to 15,000 shares of its common stock.

The program allows repurchases through open market transactions or privately negotiated deals, subject to market conditions. It does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific number of shares. The program expires December 31, 2026.

"We view our stock to be a compelling investment opportunity, and this repurchase program reflects our confidence in Bancorp's long-term value. It provides shareholder liquidity, returns equity to our investors, and thanks the loyal shareholders who have been with us since 1996," said Paul Brunkhorst, Chief Executive Officer.

The timing, price, and volume of repurchases will be determined by the company based on factors including general market conditions, stock price, regulatory requirements, and corporate liquidity priorities. The program may be suspended, terminated, or modified at any time without notice.

Crazy Woman Creek Bancorp plans to fund repurchases using internal funds, supplemented as needed by a dividend from Buffalo Federal Bank. Repurchases will comply with applicable federal and state securities laws, including Rules 10b-18 and 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Crazy Woman Creek Bancorp is headquartered in Buffalo, Wyoming, and operates Buffalo Federal Bank, which serves individuals, families, and businesses in North-Central Wyoming through branch offices in Buffalo, Gillette, and Sheridan.
