Commvault Systems (CVLT) Raises Buyback Plan to $150M

Commvault Systems (NASDAQ: CVLT) disclosed that during the quarter, Commvault repurchased $25.0 million of common stock (477,000 shares) under its share repurchase program. On January 18, 2017, the Board of Directors extended the expiration date of the share repurchase program to March 31, 2018 and authorized an increase to the existing share repurchase program so that $150.0 million is now available. There were no borrowings against the revolving credit facility.
