Cape Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBNJ), the parent company of Cape Bank, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has authorized a second stock repurchase program for the repurchase of up to 5% or approximately 633,877 shares of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares from its shareholders. The Company's first stock repurchase program was completed on July 16, 2013.
