DuPont (DD) intends to complete the spin-off of ElectronicsCo on November 1

DuPont (NYSE: DD) today announced the filing of the initial Form 10 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") for the previously announced planned spin-off of its Electronics business. Pending the announcement of the future company name, the Form 10 is filed under Novus SpinCo1, Inc. ("ElectronicsCo"), and describes the spin-off and distribution, to create a pure-play, global leader in materials and technology solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries. DuPont intends to complete the spin-off of ElectronicsCo on November 1, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
