Oncorus, Inc. (Nasdaq: ONCR) 33.5% LOWER; presented initial safety, tolerability and immune activation and clinical response data from its ongoing Phase 1 open-label, multi-center, dose escalation and expansion clinical trial of ONCR-177 at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer's (SITC) 36th Annual Meeting, taking place November 12-14th in Washington, D.C. and virtually. In the fully enrolled and completed surface lesion dose escalation part of the Phase 1 study, ONCR-177 was well tolerated with no dose-limiting toxicities. In addition, three of eight evaluable patients at RP2D (as of a November 8, 2021 data cut-off) with cutaneous melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN), and mucosal melanoma, experienced clinical benefit after two doses of ONCR-177. ONCR-177, Oncorus lead oncolytic HSV product candidate, is an intratumorally (iTu) administered viral immunotherapy being developed for multiple solid tumor indications.

Xponential Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: XPOF) 16.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.31), $0.19 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $40.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.96 million. Xponential Fitness, Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $147-148.5 million, versus the consensus of $137.8 million.

Farfetch Limited (NYSE: FTCH) 15.2% HIGHER; confirms that they are in discussions with Richemont in relation to a potential expansion of their existing Luxury New Retail strategic partnership. The parties are discussing a number of possible options, including the leveraging of Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) to power Richemont’s maisons and YOOX NET-A-PORTER (YNAP), the participation of Richemont’s maisons in Farfetch's Marketplace and a minority investment in YNAP by Farfetch.

Blink Charging (NASDAQ: BLNK) 10.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.36), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.29). Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.52 million. Upgraded to Buy at Roth Capital.

Lordstown Motors (NASDAQ: RIDE) 10.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.54), $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.59). The company delayed the launch of its Endurance electric pickup truck to Q3/22 instead of Q2/22, as was forecasted in August, due to parts and materials shortages and other supply-chain issues.

OppFi Inc. (NYSE: OPFI) 9.1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.21, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.52 million. The company is reiterating its expected full year 2021 financial outlook: Revenue between $350 and $360 million.

Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ: CODX) 6.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.38, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $24.32 million. Co-Diagnostics sees FY2021 EPS of $1.07-$1.16, versus the consensus of $0.98. Co-Diagnostics sees FY2021 revenue of $96-100 million, versus the consensus of $95.2 million.

Flowers Foods (NYSE: FLO) 6.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1 billion. Flowers Foods sees FY2021 EPS of $1.22-$1.26, versus the consensus of $1.19. Flowers Foods sees FY2021 revenue of $4.3-4.344 billion, versus the consensus of $4.28 billion.

Coupang (NYSE: CPNG) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.19), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.6 billion.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) 3% HIGHER; announced its intent to separate the Company's Consumer Health business, creating a new publicly traded company. The planned separation would create two global leaders that are better positioned to deliver improved health outcomes for patients and consumers through innovation, pursue more targeted business strategies and accelerate growth.

Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN) 1.4% HIGHER; Deutsche Bank upgraded from Sell to Hold with a price target of $31.00.
