Retrophin, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTRX) 29.6% LOWER; announced that the Phase 3 FORT Study evaluating the safety and efficacy of fosmetpantotenate compared to placebo in patients with pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration (PKAN) did not meet its primary endpoint and did not demonstrate a difference between treatment groups. The study also did not meet its secondary endpoint. Fosmetpantotenate was observed to be generally safe and well-tolerated in the study.

Nordstrom (NYSE: JWN) 11.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.90, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.93 billion. Sees FY EPS of $3.25-$3.50, versus prior of $3.25-$3.65 and the consensus of $3.27.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 9.7% HIGHER; 'Big Short' investor Michael Burry told Barron's he is long the embattled video game retailer.

BJ's Wholesale Club (NYSE: BJ) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.39, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.35 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.39 billion. BJ's Wholesale Club sees FY2019 EPS of $1.42-$1.50, versus the consensus of $1.48. BJ's Wholesale Club sees FY2019 revenue of $12.9-13.2 billion, versus the consensus of $13.36 billion.

Dick's Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) 7.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.26, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.26 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.21 billion. Dick's Sporting Goods sees FY2019 EPS of $3.30-$3.45, versus the consensus of $3.31.

Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) 6.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.25, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion. Keysight Technologies sees Q4 2019 revenue of $1.08-1.1 billion, versus the consensus of $1.07 billion.

Wayfair (NYSE: W) 5% HIGHER; Stifel upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $150.00.

Huazhu Group Limited (NASDAQ: HTHT) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $417 million versus the consensus estimate of $406.25 million.

Slack Technologies Inc. (NYSE: WORK) 4.8% HIGHER; MKM Partners initiates coverage onwith a Buy rating and a price target of $40.00

Jumia Technologies (NYSE: JMIA) 4.2% HIGHER; from Sector Perform to Outperform with a price target of $30.00 (from $40.00).

QAD, Inc. (NASDAQ: QADA) 3.2% LOWER; reported Q2 GAAP EPS of ($0.69), which does not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $76.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $77.89 million. QAD, Inc. sees Q3 2020 revenue of $78-79 million, versus the consensus of $84.6 million. QAD, Inc. sees FY2020 revenue of $313-318 million, versus the consensus of $330.38 million.

SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEDG) 2.8% LOWER; announced today that in the past few days, Co-Chairman, CEO and founder, Mr. Guy Sella’s previously disclosed health condition has declined significantly. In that connection, he has taken a leave of absence, effective immediately, to address his health issues.

Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2.6% HIGHER; rumors from Germany's Manager Magazin that Volkswagen CEO Herbert Diess is interested in acquiring a stake in Tesla.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 2.4% LOWER; discloses On August 20, 2019, Michael Randolfi notified the Company of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective August 23, 2019, in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Randolfis resignation was unrelated to any disagreement with the Company on any matter.

L Brands (NYSE: LB) 1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.24, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.95 billion. L Brands sees Q3 EPS of $(0.05)-$0.05, versus the consensus of $0.08. L Brands sees FY2019 EPS of $2.30-$2.60, versus the consensus of $2.45.

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) 1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.18, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $853 million versus the consensus estimate of $831.02 million. Synopsys sees Q4 2019 EPS of $1.10-$1.15, versus the consensus of $1.01.
