After-hours movers: Mobileye, RxSight, Cogent Biosciences

After-hours movers:

Mobileye (NASDAQ: MBLY) shares were choppy, falling 10% but later paring the decline after it announcing a secondary offering by Intel. It also issued strong preliminary revenue for the second quarter.

RxSight (NASDAQ: RXST) fell 29% after it cut its 2025 revenue guidance due to a lens device sales decline.

Cogent Biosciences (NASDAQ: COGT) fell 4% after it announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150 million of its common stock shares.

Vertical Aerospace (NYSE: EVTL) fell 22% after it launched a $60 million public stock offering.
