After-Hours Stock Movers:
GameStop (NYSE: GME) declined 14% after it reported adjusted earnings per share and revenue that missed consensus.
Direct Digital Holdings (NASDAQ: DRCT) declined 40% after publishing EPS and revenue that was well below expectations. It also issued disappointing full year guidance.
Shockwave Medical (NASDAQ: SWAV) rose 4%, extending an intraday gain of 10% following reports the medical device company is in talks to be acquired by Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ).
nCino, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO) gained 14% after beating EPS estimates in the fourth quarter and issuing solid full year guidance.
Cazoo (NYSE: CZOO) rose 12%, adding to a gain of 60% during the regular session.
Krispy Kreme (NASDAQ: DNUT) rose 4%, adding to earlier gains of 40% after it entered a pact to sell its doughnuts at McDonald's.
Merck (NYSE: MRK) climbed 3% after its treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension received FDA approval.
