After-hours movers: GameStop, Verint Systems, Jefferies and more

After-hours movers:
GameStop (NYSE: GME) fell 6% after it announced that it intends to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $1.3 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers.
Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) fell 6% after fourth quarter results missed consensus. Verint Systems reported Q4 EPS of $0.99, $0.28 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $254 million versus the consensus estimate of $276.99 million. It also issued guidance.
Petco Health and Wellness (NASDAQ: WOOF) rose 11% after revenue topped consensus. Comparable sales increased 0.5% year over year.
Jefferies Financial Group (NYSE: JEF) fell 4% after its first quarter EPS missed estimates. Management said the capital markets have become increasingly more challenging due to the uncertainties that have arisen around U.S. policy and geopolitical events.
Steelcase (NYSE: SCS) rose 10% after reporting strong quarterly results. Steelcase reported fourth quarter revenue of $788.0 million, net income of $27.6 million, or $0.23 per share, and adjusted earnings per share of $0.26.
Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC) rose 10% after it exceeded first quarter revenue and profit guidance. It also reiterated full year guidance and said it remains on track to generate approximately $625 million to $650 million of adjusted free cash flow for the year.
