After-hours movers: Dell, Autodesk, GAP, Marvell, Affirm, Ulta Beauty

After-hours movers:

Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) fell 4% despite solid second quarter results, after guidance disappointed investors. Dell sees Q3 2026 EPS of $2.45, versus the consensus of $2.55.

Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) surged 10% after better than expected quarterly figures. Second quarter revenue grew 17%, the company said.

GAP (NYSE: GAP) fell 8% after second quarter results failed to impress investors. Gap reported Q2 EPS of $0.57, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55.

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) fell 8% after guidance trailed consensus. Marvell sees third quarter 2026 revenue of $2.06 billion, versus the consensus of $2.1 billion.

Affirm Holdings (NASDAQ: AFRM) gained 3% after better than expected quarterly revenue. Revenue for the quarter came in at $876.42 million versus the consensus estimate of $834.35 million.

Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) gained 7% after strong results and guidance. Comparable sales increased 6.7%. Ulta Beauty sees FY2026 revenue of $12-12.1 billion, versus the consensus of $11.722 billion.

Ambarella (NASDAQ: AMBA) spiked 20% after publishing strong quarterly results. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $90 million.
