Costco (NASDAQ: COST) 2% HIGHER; the warehouse club operator beat on the top and bottom line in Q1 and issued a special $15 per share dividend to shareholders.

Chewy (NYSE: CHWY) 1% HIGHER; Director James Star bought around $300K in stock.

Box, Inc. (NYSE: BOX) 1% HIGHER; received a new Buy rating at UBS.
