After-hours movers:
UniFirst Corp (NYSE: UNF) fell 10% after Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS) today announced that it has terminated discussions with UniFirst Corporation regarding Cintas’ proposal to acquire all of the outstanding common and class B shares of UniFirst for $275.00 per share in cash. Cintas rose 1.2%.
KB Home (NYSE: KBH) fell 10% after it reported EPS and revenue that trailed estimates and lowered its guidance. Management said while sales trends have improved, they are reducing revenue guidance for fiscal 2025 primarily to reflect the lower level of net orders generated in the first quarter.
