After-hours movers:
American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) fell 17% after withdrawing its previously provided fiscal year 2025 guidance due to macro uncertainty. Preliminary results reflect an inventory write down to better align with demand trends, and asset impairment charges.
- Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF) fell 4%, trading lower in sympathy with American Eagle.
GRAIL (NASDAQ: GRAL) fell 14% after first quarter revenue disappointed investors.
Aurora (NASDAQ: AUR) fell 18% after its largest shareholder, Uber, announced a $1 billion private placement of exchangeable senior notes. The notes are exchangeable for class a common stock of aurora innovation, inc.
