Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN) 10.5% HIGHER; today announced preliminary revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2021 and updated its fiscal year 2021 revenue guidance. Subject to quarter-end closing adjustments, Illumina expects to report first quarter 2021 revenue of approximately $1,085 million, compared to $859 million in the first quarter of 2020. This represents year-over-year revenue growth of approximately 26% for the quarter. For fiscal year 2021, Illumina now expects year-over-year revenue growth in the range of 25%-28% compared to fiscal year 2020. (*Consensus sees Q1 Revenue of $924.6 million)

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: UCTT) 6.8% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $175.0 million of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of Ultra Clean's common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) 6% LOWER; announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 9,500,000 shares of Class A common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company. Ares expects to grant to the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase up to 1,425,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.
