Paysign, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYS) 8.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.00, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $9 million.

Archaea Energy Inc. (NYSE: LFG) 5.9% LOWER; commended an underwritten public offering of 12,993,603 shares of the Company's Class A common stock by an existing stockholder of the Company, Aria Renewable Energy Systems LLC.

Poshmark Inc. (NASDAQ: POSH) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.19), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.18). Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $80.59 million. Poshmark Inc. sees Q1 2022 revenue of $86-88 million, versus the consensus of $90.5 million.

AMC Entertainment (NYSE: AMC) 5.2% HIGHER; adds to intra-day gains of 15%.

GameStop (NYSE: GME) 4.6% HIGHER; Chairman Ryan Cohen of RC Ventures acquired 100,000 shares of the company today, raising his stake from 9,001,000 to 9,101,000. His stake is now 11.9%. Shares gained 30% intra-day.

Worthington Industries (NYSE: WOR) 4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.13, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.29 billion.

argenx SE (Nasdaq: ARGX) 3.8% LOWER; commenced a global offering of $500 million (approximately 453 million) of ordinary shares, which may be represented by American Depository Shares (ADSs)

PagSeguro Digital Ltd. (NYSE: PAGS) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of BRL1.28, versus BRL1.30 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at BRL147.1 billion, versus BRL83.4 billion reported last year.

Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) 1.9% HIGHER; Elliott Management and Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE: BAM) are weighing a sweetened bid, Bloomberg reported.

HealthEquity (NASDAQ: HQY) 1.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.20, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $203.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.1 million. HealthEquity sees FY2023 EPS of $1.21-$1.30, versus the consensus of $1.41. HealthEquity sees FY2022 revenue of $820-830 million, versus the consensus of $817.4 million.

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) 1% HIGHER; the Board of Directors had authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $1 billion of the Company’s common stock.

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) 0.7% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $3.37, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $3.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.26 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.24 billion. Adobe Systems sees Q2 2022 EPS of $3.30, versus the consensus of $3.35. Adobe Systems sees Q2 2022 revenue of $4.34 billion, versus the consensus of $4.41 billion.
