The Annual report on Form 10-K of Sky Century Investment, Inc. for the period ended August 31, 2025, could not be filed on schedule due to additional time required for the Registrant to prepare and compile its financial information. The Registrant expects to file the Annual Report within the extension period of fifteen calendar days provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
