ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K that was originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 27, 2026, solely for the purpose of amending the corporate presentation filed therewith. The corrected presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
