Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) previously announced that Ms. Lauren Young had provided notice of her intent to resign from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company no later than December 31, 2025. On December 17, 2025, Ms. Young provided notice of her resignation from the Board effective immediately. Ms. Young resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
