Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 7, 2026, Jason Holloway tendered his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of WidePoint Corporation (the “Company”) effective December 31, 2026. Mr. Holloway's resignation was for personal and family reasons and did not result from any disagreement with the Company.

 

The Company expresses its gratitude for Mr. Holloway's significant contributions during his tenure with the Company.
