On July 8, 2026, Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on August 7, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2026.
