At a meeting of the Board of Directors of United Fire Group, Inc. held on February 20, 2015, the directors declared a $0.20 per share quarterly cash dividend, which will be paid March 16, 2015 to common stock shareholders of record as of March 2, 2015.

United Fire Group, Inc. Declares a Common Stock Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.20 per Share

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA – February 20, 2015 – Today, the Board of Directors of United Fire Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: UFCS) (the "Company" or "UFG") declared a common stock quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share. This dividend will be payable March 16, 2015, for shareholders of record as of March 2, 2015. United Fire Group, Inc. has consistently paid a quarterly cash dividend since 1968.
