Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 17, 2023, Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting preliminary unaudited estimated revenue from continuing operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
