On October 27, 2014, Ben Wyatt, Vice President, Software Products & Business Development, resigned his position with the Company effective November 14, 2014.��Mr. Wyatt resigned to accept a position at a large publicly-held company.��The Company has begun a search for a replacement for Mr. Wyatts position.
