On August 22, 2025, SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) sent a letter to its Class A and Class T stockholders from H. Michael Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer, founder and chairman of the Company. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
