Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 24, 2026, Sky Quarry Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received an air permit from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection and has restarted operations at its Eagle Springs Refinery near Ely, Nevada (“Refinery”). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
