On May 21, 2026, Sui Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its treasury holdings had risen to 108,793,779 SUI. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
