On May 19, 2015, Redwood Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors’ authorization to declare a second quarter regular dividend of $0.28 per share. The second quarter 2015 dividend is payable on June 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on June 16, 2015.

FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2015

 

 

 

MILL VALLEY, CA – Tuesday, May 19, 2015 – Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE: RWT) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a second quarter regular dividend of $0.28 per share. The second quarter 2015 dividend is payable on June 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on June 16, 2015.
