Resignation of Director
On November 25, 2024, Janesh Moorjani resigned from the Board of Directors of PTC Inc. Mr. Moorjani will continue to serve through November 29, 2024. Mr. Moorjani’s resignation was for personal reasons relating to his recent change in employment, and not due to any disagreement with any individual or with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
