Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 3, 2023, OUTFRONT Media Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.

On August 3, 2023, the Company announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share. The dividend is payable on September 29, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2023.
