Item 8.01

Other Events.

 

On November 16, 2015, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The ONE Group, LLC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc., entered into a license agreement with Foxhole Holdings Limited to open an STK in Ibiza, Spain. The restaurant is expected to open in 2017.
