Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On June 9, 2026, Dr. Ranbir Singh resigned as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. Although Dr. Singh’s resignation did not provide any reason for his resignation, the Company references Dr. Singh’s prior filings on Schedule 13D on April 23, 2026 and May 29, 2026. Dr. Singh had served as a member of the Board since November 2024 and at the time of his resignation, Dr. Singh served as Chair of the Executive Steering Committee of the Board.
