Item 5.02.                                        Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 16, 2018, William V. Murray notified Nortech Systems Incorporated of his decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors, effective as of May 14, 2018.  Mr. Murray is resigning to comply with the requirements of a new employment position he has accepted.
