Effective June 30, 2018, Ajay Rajpal resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Moxian, Inc. (the “Registrant”). Ajay Rajpal’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, the Registrant’s management or the Board.
