(the �Company�) pursuant to the approval and recommendation of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January�26, 2015, approved the following increases in the base salaries of the following named executive officers of the Company (as identified in the Company�s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April�16, 2014), to be effective as of January�1, 2015:
