(Sioux Falls, South Dakota November 24, 2014)� Meta Financial Group, Inc. � (the Company) (NASDAQ: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.13 per share for the first fiscal quarter of 2015.� This dividend will be payable on or about January 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 8, 2014.
At September 30, 2014, the Company had total assets of $2.1 billion and shareholders equity of $174.8 million.
