Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 26, 2026, LQR House Inc. (“LQR House” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the entry into a supplemental agreement, by its subsidiary YHC AI Limited, building on an agreement announced on October 19 to procure up to $3 million in AI computing resources powered by OpenAI technologies to support the continued development of AI-driven research, quantitative analytics, and automated portfolio optimization at the Company’s subsidiary, Fusion Five Continents Securities Limited. The supplemental agreement makes specific advanced AI models available to the group, raises the ceiling on the purchase of AI compute, and adds a volume discount for aggregate purchases between $3 million and $5 million. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
