Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 22, 2024, Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Craig Felenstein, Chief Financial Officer for the Company, effective May 31, 2024, who is pursuing a non-competitive opportunity. The Company is conducting a search for Mr. Felenstein’s successor and will work closely with Mr. Felenstein to ensure a smooth transition. The Company is stronger thanks to Mr. Felenstein for his contributions during his tenure with the Company, and the Company wishes him well in his future endeavors.
