On January 17, 2019, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share for shareholders of record on January 31, 2019, to be paid on February 19, 2019. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated January 17, 2019, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.

Kentucky First Federal Bancorp Announces Payment of Quarterly Dividend
Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (Nasdaq: KFFB) the holding company for First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Hazard, Kentucky and First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky, Frankfort, Kentucky, announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on February 19, 2019, to shareholders of record on January 31, 2019. Tony Whitaker, Chairman of the Company, stated that the Board of Directors determined that the payment of the dividend was appropriate in light of the Company’s capital position and financial condition.

At December 31, 2018, the Company had approximately 8,428,646 shares outstanding of which approximately 56.4% was held by First Federal MHC.
