Effective August 14, 2026, Brian Tratt was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of GoPro, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Tratt previously served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. In connection with Mr. Tratt’s promotion, his annual base salary was increased from $385,000 to $420,000, and his annual discretionary bonus target was increased from 60% to 75%.
