On August 26, 2026, Gulf Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing Company’s international expansion plan and strategic cooperation agreement with a Brazilian company, Montes Verdes Participacoes Ltda.. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibits 99.1 hereto.
