Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 13, 2025, Martin L. Schlossman, Jr., SVP, Chief Risk Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka (FHLBank), notified FHLBank that he intends to retire from FHLBank on February 2, 2026. Mr. Schlossman will serve as a non-executive Senior Advisor from January 1, 2026 until the date of his retirement. Mr. Schlossman has served as Chief Risk Officer since January 2017.
