On November 13, 2014, FEI Company (the Company) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 7, 2015. FEI Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.25 per Share
HILLSBORO, Ore., November 13, 2014 - FEI Company (NASDAQ: FEIC) announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 7, 2015.
The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by FEI's board.
