Energy Fuels Inc. prepared an investor presentation (the "Investor Presentation") in relation to the proposed acquisition of Vacuumschmelze GmbH & Co. KG and its related group companies from Ara Partners. A copy of the Investor Presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
