On December�9, 2014, the United States Federal Trade Commission granted Douglas Dynamics,�Inc. (�Douglas Dynamics�) and Henderson Enterprises Group,�Inc. (�Enterprises�) early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with the previously announced merger agreement providing for Douglas Dynamics� acquisition of Enterprises.
