Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 10, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable October 7, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

CTG Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend of Six cents per Common Share
