On December�1, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable January�2, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December�19, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
