Departure Of Director Or Certain Officer

 

On August 7, 2026, at a board of directors meeting on that date, Ms. Kayla Slick resigned her positions as an officer and director of Bravo Multinational, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Slick’s decision to resign was not the result of any dispute or disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
